Already have one of these and one of the X300's. Sandisk, now WD make some very nice and often overlooked drives.
These are nice drives - I had a 960GB unit for a while, but I sold it when I got laid off - bloody good value SSDs.
I've been using a Sandisk SSD Plus drive and found it to perform well with all the workloads I've thrown at it so far. This drive would be a little bit faster, though there's not much in it. Nice prize!
Would go very nicely in my NAS for the operating system did, which is failing.
I have one as my games drive, very nice drives for the money.
Wouldn't say no to this :)
Got a couple of SanDisks RAID 0'd in my laptop. 3 years old, still going strong.
What a coincidence. I was just looking into one of these. Only ssd I have is a 250gb and I'm starting to run out of space so good luck all!

I'm still unconvinced about whether an SSD would be worth it for me, but as I have never actually used one I can't say definitively. Perhaps if I win this and try it out, it'll make me change my mind.

Thank-you very much HEXUS and Sandisk, just received the winners email!!!! :D:D:D:D Just a quick question to anyone who is an admin at Hexus:- It says in the box for phone number to include the country code, I'm from the UK anyway, so if I put in my mobile number, do I have to add 44 instead of the 0? Or do I just keep it as it would be? I.e. if it began 079xxxxxxxx would I have to put in 4479xxxxxxxx? Thanks! I'll take a gamble and just put it in with the 0 at the start for now. I'd rather get the confirmation form submitted for now in case I forget tomorrow :P
