Strange motherboard that. The fourth slot is missing, the third slot is disabled when the graphics card is running at 16x and the second slot is obscured by the graphics card.

Still, I'm sure I could live with a GTX 980 at 8x if I won it ;)

Once it arrives I will put a final post here and you will all know the answers to these questions. This is my first time too!

Ok guys latest update; following on from my posts elsewhere in the general discussion threads one of the Hexus staff contacted me to confirm what prize I was waiting on, to which I responded and he replied that he would chase it for me (yesterday).
Low and behold a couple of hours later, I got an email (in the afternoon yesterday) from Supermicro advising that they hoped to ship the PC to me this week. I will update as soon as it arrives :)

Ok, i got no comms during the week, despite their stated expectations, and so, politely contacted them again on friday for a quick update.
They responded that it hadn't been shipped and they made the suggestion that it was going out tomorrow (saturday)
I will give an objective overview of the PC once it arrives, and I won't be complaining, it is free after all, the lack of comms has been the main complaint…better to know there is a delay, or problem, than to be left wondering. However, I fully accept that I am being impatient, and probably unreasonable, and at this time it is still well within the 45 days expressed in the T&C's (thus this edit).
