I've just been used to opt-in checkboxes, so have just automatically unticked anything that was there. Will have to start reading them again now.

I do think these should be strictly opt-in, and not checked by default.

I'm impressed it'll go throughout the night, usually these things only half an hour of battery life if you're lucky.
