Entered :)

Thank you for another competition, Hexus. Hoping it's my finally chance to win something :)

To the naysayers, if you're not interested, then don't enter, but please don't start acting like little children.

Intel bigot here - this would give me a proper excuse for taking a walk on the wild side. :)

Luck to everyone.

What's not worth it about free stuff…and…I was talking this weekend to the other third (she's a lot shorter than me) about putting a terminal into one of the kitchen units so she can access her recipe library / radio /tv progs and I reckon this would be an excellent place to start…Ta muchly HEXUS and ebuyer.

Oh by the way.

Entered and thanks. I wonder how this would perform beside my Phenom 965??

One of these (with a motherboard of course) would be a perfect replacement for my Athlon X2 240 with it's aging 785g motherboard on HTPC duties.
In fact, with my Xbox 360 controller and USB thingy for it, I think this would be enough for the vast majority of my steam games!

Googled it a little and found this fairly meh comparison it's clearly quite generated but it gives a sense of what to expect, I think it compares favorable with features and such overall while using less energy. http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-Phenom-II-X4-965-vs-AMD-A10-7700K
