People keep making these jokes but Samsung really aren't that bad. They release the Galaxy S yearly. How is that bad?

The Goophone I5 is android that comes with an iOS skin, so I'm sure it'd be compatible for all other android devices, and there's a ton of other apps from various places to put an iphone theme on an android phone (without having to root)

The Galaxy S's are yearly but because they show off the next version a while before release makes it seem like a shorter cycle.

Quite impressive how quick they've managed to copy the design, I'm sure they'll have a few heart felt calls from Samsung soon enough.
The spec's don't actually seem to bad though!

There are several IOS like skins on the play store which you can ad to an Android device.

Apple and Samsung are busy suing each other and nobody bothers with these guys. I guess they don't see them as a threat, even though it's blatant copying?

If you search there are many many clones of the high end handsets from china, many much cheaper than the $299 mentioned here.
But similar looks doesnt mean anywhere similar features or performance. Usually there will be no ROM upgrade path either.
Also the buying experience/service you receive may not be quite what you would expect either!
Plus customs will add a chunk on.
