Oh dear….I'm trying to tie in my next hardware upgrade with Vista, (get some DX10 VGA goodness etc. if it's viable), but it looks like I'll be saving the pennies for a bit longer :)

well, with all the crap they are bundling with it, i doubt i will be buying it, probabally be upgrading to linux instead, atleast when M$ drop support for XP
not to mention my laptop only has 512mb of ram…. and it can only support 1gb so i wouldnt be able to play a single game on it if i upgrade to vista…..

Surely any game that you *need* Vista to play will be a DX10 title and wouldn't work on your lappy's GPU anyway?

my lappys GPU is a mobility radeon 9800 pro, and can play oblivion at medium settings….
