The first two pics are a btx board.. so is this going to be a btx only product or is it gonna work on atx boards as well?

Nope, it works on ATX too. All you need is a 120mm fan mount at the back of your case.

Yep ATX or BTX, sorry my mistake :) meant to say this.

Intel are planning their reference board to be BTx but there retail boards will still be ATx too no matter what you hear :)
