There seems like no end to the competitions on Hexus, keep it up :D
Epic comp! Really could do with any of these things :D
How does a CPU cooler end up more expensive than a power supply :o
Of course, if you win one it isn't, I guess…! Thanks Hexus, entered, and good luck to everyone else.

i'm due a win on something. HEXUS hasnt been kind for my previous 80% win rate on competitions. its down quite a bit thanks to not winning :(
Didn't enter but good luck to those who need it the most ;)
I cant believe this is only elligible for entrants in the UK!!!!! what are you playing at DR???
*cough, whinge, moan, splutter*
on a serious note, and by serious i mean erm, not quite… If Scotland does get independance, will Hexus still include us in competitions? This could seriously affect my vote in the upcoming referendum….
awesome comp, keep em coming hexus!

Welcome to HEXUS - I hope you will enjoy the other sections in the forum which offer something for a wide range of technical and computing interests! Good luck in the competition!

Well, one of the purposes of the competitions is to attract new members to the community, and making them welcome is going to help ensure they keep coming back and exploring all the other areas! :)

Oh, I agree but the person has been a member since sometime this month and the only posts the person has are entering competition threads, surely we would rather have active members then just those that are hear purely for the competitions?
Entered!!
One day I shall win!!
:p
What is your point, Disturbedguy? I read reviews, articles and have been a member for a while. I also enter in these competitions.. Hexus is a massive site, it should be able to accommodate all sorts of kind of people. :)
If he won any competition just before registering the day before, then walked away never to visit again, then bummer! I would be gutted, but oh well that's the fairness in luck! Though I am kind of paranoid of these sort of competitions, I always think there's an inside conspiracy going on. Obviously unless there's evidence of the draw taking place fairly!

The member he was referring to has only posted twice so far, both in response to competitions and both less than 2 words or 16 characters.
I would also like to see people make posts longer than 2 words, is a simple sentence too much to ask for?

C'mon guys give him a break. Some people might take longer to actively participate than others or he/she didn't find interesting article yet. Mind you I don't necessarily mean Hexus doesn't bring interesting articles though :) Myself, I'm PC enthusiast but I do not have excessive knowledge about every tech out there and therefor I simply refrain from comenting at times, as it would propably do more harm than good haha.
That said, I would find it quite shameful too if readers interest would end as soon as the competition has been closed. The more readers and different opinions, the better ;)

But the Hexus community is HUGE, there is a general discussion area for chit chat, there is a games area for people to talk about games, there is a hardware section, a software section and countless other sections for someone to participate in. With so many options available it really isn't that hard for anyone to get involved, if they want too.

My point was quite clear and was clearly pointed out by Noxvayl. If you want to use yourself as an example, you have been a member since 2006, yes your post count is quite low, but looking at your post history, your posts engage in the current discussion / thread and from a quick glance you don't appear to have stuck to one area of the forums.
To make it clear, I have no problem with people registering, entering competitions and winning, providing they actively engage in the community, but if they are coming here purely to try to win prizes, then yes I have a problem, they aren't giving anything back to the community in ways of posting or whatever, they are just taking.
Good luck everyone. I hope I answered correctly. ;)
i want this because i have very poor power supply i need power supply so that i can run any graphic card i really need it i am big fan of gaming please give it to me

Where do they post the winners of the giveaways?
The winners have the right to privacy, if they want to let you know that they won something they can, if you don't hear from them you'll know they didn't want to share that information.
