Well, the characters that form the word hotel in arabic are correct, but its not joined up :/ - Never in my life have I seen an arabic sign formed like that.
Just ignorant devs, we're lucky to get English words spelt correctly when Americans have a say. ;)
Can't say I'd surprised about this, 512MB shared RAM isn't much to play with by today's standards and I expect we'll only be seeing more of it.

erm, Dice who make battlefield 3 are Swedish
Tbh, this whole thread just explains to everyone why they should play BF3 on the machine it is supposed to be played on… The PC.

Just a joke. :P
And there are plenty of US folks involved in the making of the game.

I'm trying to convince a few of my friends to do the same. :(
I was on the Beta - and i gotta say, the signage is probably the last thing you are going to be focusing on…wouldn't let detract from the game. And considering its a largely western audience, you are probably one of a few who would of actually picked up on that (or at least care enough to - good spot though), rest of us will probably be giggling like schoolgirls whilst we flatten a building…or 10.
I think - aside from agreeing with the above posts about PC gaming, which is the only way to play - this is the kind of quality we should be expecting from game devs and credit to them. Giving gamers what they want - even if they are console monkeys! It's refreshing to see a game that has been thought about and considered, rather than trying to offer one generic experience and ruin it for those who do want shiny!
