A couple of comments. At £50 why would you bother, when the Apple Bluetooth keyboard is more or less the same price, plus it's lighter, less bulky, and nicer to look at?
Secondly the problem with the iPad on-screen keyboard disappearing when a bluetooth one is connected affects all BT keyboards - not just the Logitech one. Easiest thing to do is to remember to turn it off after you've finished using it.
