I've been getting my bus ticket through Arriva's Android app for ages now so I hope that claim is specific to trains rather than just mobile tickets in general.

I've been using the arriva thing too, and it's just a java app. Have had al kinds of tickets on my phone, coaches etc. Hardly groundbreaking
