Really … my uncle phoned them them up once as he had BB with O2, all that was wrong was a driver issue with his WIFI (on his laptop) and they they told him he would need to format and install windows again …

and who then had to fix it once he fomatted, yeah thats right … me!

see shockingly, o2's customer service on their broadband for me was excellent, best ISP support i have EVER had, 24/7 call centers in England, managed to speak to knowledgeable people who actually gave a crap about my problem. Shame my copper line is so bad i had to move to cable in the end… Thanks BT
