Disturbedguy - I've just bought the TX650 recently as my tagan gave up after 5 years of good service and I can vouch for it being very very quiet.
Oh and if you find a use for the bag that comes with it, let me know as mine's currently just doing nothing.

And lee, when I do, I will, probably use it to hold spare nuts and bolts etc.

Regarding the noise level of the PSU, it's very good (at lower loads, very few PSUs are at higher loads).
