Just taken my RX580 out of my rig and replaced it with a 1030 simply because the AMD drivers cause the machine to lock up when installing, cant remember the last time I had an ATI/AMD card that didn't crap itself with a driver install..
This would certainly help the performance drop..
my new AMD card do fine no crashing.
BUT ! some things are fishy for sure, in games i reach a place and from there i can not progress as i need to do a thing i have done before in the game but right then and there i cant do that ( Gears 5 )
O and some times while browsing with firefox the screen go dark for like a milisecond.
I might use it as an excuse to just get a new rig in the new year, this ones pretty much done its job.
i7-3770, Gene V Board, 16Gb RAM, have had it for a looong time, think it was 2012 when the 3x series i7' landed, all I've done is stuck an SSD in it and new GPU's as times moved on, I'd like to go ITX and get a smaller case, but we'll see..
