Do all my entries get auto-deleted?
Is that why I never win anything, ever….??

I just worry about this issue to cause a duplicate entry so :

Only one entry is permitted per household per HEXUS entry form; second Facebook entries, if applicable, are permitted. Duplicate entries on either form will result in disqualification and no entrant may win more than one prize.

This is what makes me worry.

I entered this one already this morning, and can now again.
Should we enter again, or could we be disqualified for that ?

To quote the T&C's on the page (emphasis mine):

You are only allowed a single entry via the main competition page, if you want to increase your chances, it states "you can also claim a free second entry via Facebook". Have you received your confirmation email? :)

Yes, I did receive the confirmation email.
But normally it prevents me from entering a second time.
And that is why I wonder, if the first one actually will count or has been lost.
And in the case of the latter, as per the terms doing it again would not be a duplicate entry.
We just hope for some confirmation one way or the other, with being presented with the option can we take it without consequence.

I expect it just means that your browser no longer has the cookie (or the cookie is somehow not recognised) that marks you as already entered for the page to check for. If you have the confirmation email, it's clear that the entry has been counted.

Is it though, given that it happened for other people too.
I am not so sure about that.

We may never find out either way.

If someone does get disqualified in the belief their first wasn't counted, then I just think that is unfair.
I have not risked it though, particularly as it could impact entry into further competitions.
