ADATA's all-in-one DashDrive Air AE400 is an interesting product for folk who spend a lot of time on the road. The diminutive box of tricks functions as a WiFi hotspot, router, SD card reader/transmitter and USB charger - all in one tidy package.

A little bit smaller than a standard SSD, though obviously thicker, it has a built-in WiFi support for up to 10 devices. Compatible with Google and Apple devices through downloadable apps, data can be shared amongst tablets and phones by connecting either an SD card or USB drive - stick or standard HDD - to the AE400.

The real clincher, for me, is the integrated 5,000mAh battery - single-cell, presumably - which is good for charging mobile phones and providing wires-free usage. There's no indication on price, but it's a product that's high on my personal 'need list.'

You should be cautious requesting a tea from a computing device, as would without a doubt Arthur Dent agree. ;)
