Internet speeds are a recurring topic in the news. The last few months have revealed a worldwide pricing disparity, a pledge to make a download speed of 10Mbps a legal right for UK residents, and news that more than 95 per cent of UK premises now have access to Superfast Broadband speeds of 24Mbps or more.

It has been a while since we revisited the subject as QOTW, so let us get an up-to-date feel for real-world performance by asking: how fast is your broadband? We'll suggest Fast.com as a quick method of checking your download speed, so hit the link and then come back and let us know your speed and whether or not you consider it to be good value for money.

390Mbps down, 20Mbps up.

As part of of a package with TV and phone line for £100 a month. I don't consider it too bad. Especially as work give me £40 a month to cover broadband at home.

Doesn't this question come up every other week?

Ping 28ms - Down 0.7Mbps - Up 0.2Mbps
Cost £48, incl line rental.

Pester the crap out of your provider. Will take many calls but eventually, at least in my case, but up to 15 from similar speeds. In the meantime, they'd also cut the cost because they didn't supply their minimum.
I live in Serbia. My net speed is 20Mbps Download and 2Mbps Upload.
I pay 12.5 Eur. per month

No, no and no.
Long story, won't go into it as I'm sure everyone's bored of hearing about it, but BT rule this area and that's all there is to it.
