The HEXUS labs have been bursting with GPU power this past week, and we've got the reviews to prove it! Up first is a couple of GeForce GTX 690s in an SLI configuration that's about as extreme as it gets, and if you prefer to get your gaming kicks from a single card, there's the KFA2 GeForce GTX 680 LTD OC.

Solid-state drives have become all the rage since prices began to tumble so we've taken a closer look at Kingston's more-affordable HyperX 3K, and there are four competitions that close this weekend so don't miss your chance to win prizes from QNAP, Corsair, Plantronics and XFX.

In the news, Qualcomm has released a Snapdragon SDK for Android while wooing developers at the 2012 Uplinq conference, Google has tempted our wallets with the new £159 Nexus 7 tablet, Colorful's attempted to create a completely passive GeForce GTX 680, and there's been plenty of debate over Sandia's innovative CPU cooler.

But it hasn't been a week of progress for everyone. Apple has dropped its Mac virus immunity claims, RIM has reported a $518m loss in Q1, and illegal downloaders have been warned; three strikes and you're out.
