The premium soft-dome tweeter encased in the pillar ensures crystal clear sound while an integrated 4" woofer, bass reflex speaker system and 100 Watts of power - with an easily accessible HDMI input and optical/coaxial connections - offer impressive sound for the ultimate movie experience.

Consumers will experience a hassle-free setup with their television, PC or game console via while the E2 can also stream music from a smartphone, tablet or laptop with aptX® and AAC Bluetooth streaming. The E2 is also equipped with NFC for one-tap pairing of devices.

Framed or wrapped?

Innovation meets urban style with the launch of the new Philips Bluetooth Foldie Fashion headphones. Offering total sound immersion with a closed acoustic system and 40mm high performance neodymium drivers - the Bluetooth Foldie headphones allow you to enjoy your music in premium quality, style and without the cord.

The Foldie's design was inspired by vintage road bikes and reflects an urban "biker" with the headband wrap designed to embody the feel of the handlebar grip on bicycles. Their unique sound isolation technology and collapsible design makes these a must for on-the-go in the city.

The Bluetooth Foldies will be available April in white and black with a suggested retail price of £99.99.

Also looking and sounding great, are the new Frames headphones featuring a compact, foldable design and offering total sound immersion from a closed acoustic system and premium drivers, while making a clear style statement.

They feature 40mm premium neodymium speakers for balanced, precise sound and pre-tilted ear shells, offering a sound seal that immerses you in your favourite music. Their lightweight construction, combined with soft on-ear cushions that hug the contours of your ears makes them comfortable enough to wear all day. And just like a pair of sunglasses, the ‘frame' folds and the headphones can be stored in their chic carrying pouch when not in use.

The Philips Frames will be available from June in three colours - black, white and tortoiseshell - with a suggested retail price £99 for the black and white versions and £109 for the tortoiseshell version.

Build with BR-1X

Wireless, portable and playful the BR-1X (SB5200) speakers - a 2014 CES Innovations award winner - offer powerful sound. With dual two inch drivers the speakers deliver immense sound when you need it and the unique indoor and outdoor modes mean they work for all occasions. The indoor mode offers deeper base and crystal clear details, while the outdoor mode drums out loud, heavy audio.

The BR-1X speakers can be daisy chained together for maximum sound impact on the go.

BR-1X is available from January with a recommended retail price of £99.99.

It might be small, but you will be amazed by the quality of sound from the DOT (SB2000), a small speaker that fits in your hand.  Featuring a splash proof and ruggedized frame, you can keep the DOT wherever your adventure takes you, whatever the weather.  With its unique auto sensor, you can turn it off, by simply turning it upside down.
