Ingram Micro EMEA brings VARs and system integrators a cutting-edge offering for mobile management

Brussels, Belgium - December 14, 2010 - Ingram Micro EMEA today announced that it has signed a European-wide agreement with BoxTone,  a global Mobile Service Management (MSM) software and services provider, headquartered in Maryland, US. 

BoxTone's proactive Mobile Service Management suite is trusted by more than 300 of the world's leading enterprises and government agencies to continuously maintain optimal mobile performance and security at the lowest cost and risk.

As part of this agreement, Ingram Micro will sell BoxTone Essentials for BlackBerry -- part of the BoxTone MSM suite of plug and play software modules - which automates core BlackBerry monitoring and management activities, proactively alerting IT to mobile service issues then helping them to find, fix and validate them in less than 3 minutes.

BoxTone Essentials for BlackBerry delivers:

  • Real-Time dashboard for instant visibility into the health of end-to-end mobile service quality across users, BlackBerry Enterprise Servers (BES), mail servers and wireless carriers
