bought a q6600, heatsink and a hdd at very reasonable prices, delivery was within five days as promised, but ashame about the packaging. ebuyer obviously put alot of trust into city link. haven't contacted customer services but will comment when i do.

I actually bought a mobo, graphics card, 2 dvd drives and a hdd. The packaging was excellent, have never seen so much bubble wrap around a disc before there was enough polystyrene for a person to stand on without the goods being damaged. Delivery was very effiencent, package was dispatched and arrived following day as promised. I haven't had the oportunity to test customer service as all my goods arrived in working condition, but i will change this when i do.

Ordered my case on sunday and was dispatched on the same day, so arrived on tuesday, very efficient compared to other companies, but delivery charges are a bit high. Haven't had any problems yet so can't really comment on the customer services as of yet.
