Scan's performance was excellent as usual but unfortunately, also as usual, City Link let them down and I had to pick it up from the depot |

Ordered multiple components for new build all in stock.except for DVD Writer - advised that receipt from manufacturer hadn't happened - changed item on Saturday - shipped Monday Funny problem with the motherboard system fan header - raised it with Scan and after a short exchange of emails realised that the problem was an undocumented automatic system fan control (the motherboard doesn't have a fan) so using that connector for a 120mm case fan didn't work as it wouldn't start. Excellent technical support and very quick responses to sales queries. As usual I wonder if Scan have shares in bubble wrap |
