Really useless service... i ordered something which was in stock, and was later told was now out of stock. I was told the order would be cancelled after 48 hrs if no alternate product was chosen, so i contacted them and asked for it to be cancelled.I was told that it would be cancelled. SO i then bought one from elsewhere. But their system never showed my order as being cancelled even after repeat contacts made by me to their customer service, they kept assuring me it was cancelled. But last night i get an email informing me that my order has been despatched.. and i have checked the consignment number and its definitely on its way.. So now they have my money, and have sent something they told me was cancelled before i went and bought one from elsewhere.. What sort of service is this? I dont see how i can trust them with my business in the future.. :mad:

I love the layout of their site, with all the component categories at the top, making it really quick and easy to find what your looking for. I like the range of products they stock, quite extensive and the prices seem to be quite competitive too. They offer free delivery for hexus members, and this is really good as ive always hated how some sites charge too much for postage. There was also an option to choose which day i would like it delivered, which was quite useful. One thing i would note however, is that i have not (as yet) received an email conformation of my order, and usually with other sites ive used i would get an automated response instantly, just to let me know the order has been placed correctly within their system. I would recommend using them, and fully intend to shop with them again in the future. :)
