*********CAUTION HIGHLY RECOMMENDED************** Agreed to buy on the 07-10-2002 and del on the 11-10-2002 did not show up. Emailed james, got email back saying it was delayed because parcel to go did not come and pick it up. Rearranged for del on 16-10-2002 and did not come. Emailed james again and was told it had been picked up and was on its way. I phoned parcel2go and checked with them and they could not find any pick up from him. Emailed him again with no reply from him. Contacted someone that had had problems with james in the past and got hold of his work phone number and phoned him without an answer. Ended up finding out his home phone number and address and phoning him with no anSWer. Emailed james YET AGAIN and told him i had his details and told him to send me the case or refund me what I paid for it. The next day I got an email from him with a tracking number for the case. I phoned parcel2go and asked about the order number and was told the order was placed on the 17-10-2002 10 days after he said it was ordered. The case FINALLY came on the 19-10-2002 with the psu backing plate missing from it I am STILL WAITING on the psu plate or a refund for replacement of it, even though he said he would send it SD on the monday, It is now saturday the 26-10-2002 and still nothing. |

After alot of problems I recieved my order, only after having to phone him from work,I got the number from another irrate customer of BlueSeeds. I then found the card was faulty and blue seed said he would refund me on the Saturday, I got it on the wednesday after some prompting on my behalf. I would never buy from him again. |

i sold Dezy a Hercules 4000xt PCI, i was slow at sending off, and didnt keep very good comms with him for personal reasons. Apon receipt dezy complained that the card was not working, i refunded him asap, received the card back swiftly from him. Card works fine. He held up his end of the deal well. |
