I am not to sure about how to tell others how good your service is! Perhaps like the pc (an 8 year old TIME machine) I purchased the Arctic Cooling Copper Silent 3 Socket A CPU Cooler for, I am getting a bit long in the tooth. I would just like to say I am very impressed by you service and the quality of the cooler. Fortunately I had a new PSU to install so I had plenty of room to carry out the fitting of the cooler. This took approx. 3 minutes and was very easily done. It took longer to clean the old thermal compound off the surface of the CPU!!
In summary :-
Excellent service

Easy fitting (Had to be as I am 75 years young and suffer with arthritis)
Runs extremely quietly.
