I have dealt with almost all the major ICT Suppliers over the previous 6 years of working in ICT, but I can safely say that I have never had such good service as that which I received from Quiet Pc. The customer service provided by Ellen is excellent, free technical help from Andy is fantastic, I called regarding a CPU cooler, I wasn't kept on hold, my mobile number was noted down as Andy was busy on a call, minutes later I received a call back, all my technical questions were answered in full. I placed my order with QuietPc at around 2pm, the order process was clear and easy to use. Numerous payments methods were available for me to use. I received clear on concise emails informing me that my order had been placed, payment had been taken and that my order had been dispatched, along side the despatch notice I was provided with a UPS tracking number, with this I can track the precise location of my parcel. My parcel is currently out for delivery, and is scheduled to arrive with me before 4pm today, that's an excellent service in my eyes!
