Have used Ebuyer for many orders and will continue to use them. Their pricing is extremely good and their product range is about the best I've found. Website provides live stock information, and up to the minute information about order status. I have never had to RMA products to them, so cannot comment on this aspect of the business. Delivery has always been timely and all but one of my orders (where some minor damage resulted to a box of cheap DVD cases) have been well packed. I have heard of problems from some people, but I can only comment on my personal experience, which gets a big thumbs up :) |
