This guy bought an MS Keyboard from me a while ago and was unhappy with it as it turned out to be a US keyboard which i didnt know as i had lent it to a freind shortly after i got it. i offered to give him his money back if he paid for my postage costs as i did not see that it was faulty. he refused and has decided to keep the keyboard which is his loss not mine.<br><br>i normally wouldnt stoop low enough to make a bad comment but as he has seen fit to do so in my hexus account, i only thought it fair to warn his potential customers that they may be dealing with the fussiest guy ever.

A month or so ago, I bought an MS Internet Keyboard Pro from Neil. It arrived extremely promptly, well before my cheque had cleared.<br><br>On opening it, however, I noticed that a number of the keys had characters hand-drawn on them. Initially I assumed this was because the original text had rubbed off, but on closer inspection I realised that the characters had been altered. I then found that the keyboard had no backslash key in the standard location - Neil had sold me a US keyboard.<br><br>Under these circumstances I (not unreasonably in my opinion) requested that Neil give me a full refund, as I'd been sold the keyboard under false pretences, and would never have bought it at any price had I known the facts.<br><br>Neil offered either to refund it provided that I paid postage both ways (for some unknown reason he sent it to me by special delivery, so that'd cost me £8 both ways for a £20 item) or to give me £5 back from the £20 I paid. The latter offer was at least a step in the right direction, but I'm unwilling on principle to accept anything less than a full refund, so I declined.<br><br>I'm going to give Neil a generous 2/5 as the delivery was extremely prompt and the offer of £5 was better than nothing. By all means buy from him if you wish, just make sure you know exactly what you're getting.

Wouldn't hesitate to deal with grizzo again - kept me informed at all stages of the transaction and was extremely prompt in sending the goods out.

I sold a GeForce DDR to China Man - I had the money in my account the morning after the deal was made, and was able to send the card out later that day. Wouldn't hesitate to trade with him again if the need arose.

Bought a slot-to-socket adaptor of below average height from mjd - arrived very promptly and was exactly as described. Wouldn't hesitate to trade with him again if the need arose.

Bought a pair of network cards from kameio - he mislaid my cheque (and had a totally legitimate excuse), and agreed to send me the cards before he'd received another cheque from. I'm extremely satisfied with both the goods and the service.

Collected a Marantz CD player from Paras - he was full of helpful advice, and let me try other equipment out (PC and hi-fi) knowing that, even if I wanted it, I wouldn't be able to get it home. I'd happily buy from him again.

Bought a game from snow patrol - arrived in excellent condition and was sent out before cheque had cleared. Would have no concerns about trading with him again.

Bought a keyboard from BarKeep - arrived very promptly in excellent condition. Kept me informed at all times. Would happily deal with BarKeep again without reservations.

Sold Ricardo a Voodoo5 - he paid promptly and was very communicative. If he was annoyed about my delay in sending the card out he didn`t show it.
