I buy most of my computer goods from DABS. I dont know if it is because their national logistics centre is only thirty miles from me, but whatever I order it seems to arrive the next morning. Astonishing delivery considering I dont pay any extra for it, I always select the cheapest (default) option. RMA system is good - you can do it online without having to phone them. They offer to collect from you or you can post it to them - if their is nothing wrong with the product you will be liable for the carriage cost. Stock is well measured on the site - very accurate. Paid for on 3rd October - its now 10th November and still I have no CPU or refund. Their site has been taken off-line while they catch up with their orders!?! Many emails promising different outcomes have arrived but no follow through on any of them. You will have no chance of contacting them by phone - and youl be lucky to talk via email too. A complete shambles - not a reputable company at all. If you give them your money, do not under any circumstances expecting anything in return. Don't let their low prices lure you in!!!!!!
