I've bought loads of various components in the past for myself and friends computers. [b]Pros:[/b] Good choice of manufacturers and products. Prices are very competitive. Delivery pricing is very reasonable; free with Hexus membership so it can’t be more reasonable! Any problems I’ve had have been dealt with satisfactorily. [b]Cons:[/b] Would be useful if they offered a real next-day delivery service as the current policy may mean the goods don’t get shipped until the next-day. Website could indicate stock-levels and not just whether the item is in stock or not; useful for planning purchases. Website could give more filter options for narrowing down search results instead of having to read product descriptions. Product specifications need updating more frequently; too many are missing meaning you have to look elsewhere for details. |
