Easy to deal with, prompt responses. Shipped when promised, so no complaints there. Only minor niggle I could come up with, and I'm not sure it's possible, is that the components were wrapped directly in bubble wrap, rather than an anti-static bag first - not sure if that creates static or not, but if not, then no complaints at all. Can't test as yet, but I'm sure every thing's working as it should be. :) //edit 16/12/2006: Item tested yesterday, and I am happy to say it works perfectly, so it seems my fears over the bubble-wrap appear unfounded. Happily changed rating to 'exceptional' and highly recommended :) |
