bought some sodimms from Chris, from the start he made it clear he was not able to check these, unfortunately when they arrived one was indeed faulty, item was replaced swiftly via rma with new goods and I was not out of pocket one penny. Curfish sold me a second hand Shuttle PC which arrived fairly swiftly and in great condition - complete with box. Unit has been outstanding and Seller was only too keen to help with any questions and requests of pictures. He even bench tested the unit to make sure it would meet my needs before purchase. Stephen paid very quickly for goods (2 sticks of RAM). As he mentioned these were new and I was unable to test them - unfortunately when he receieved the memoryone stick turned out to be faulty. I arranged an RMA - which took a little longer than expected. Stephen was incredibly patient throughout, cannot recommend enough. I pass on my apologies also - wish I could have tested the memory beforehand ::/ Superb buyer, highly recommended. Thank you. :) |
