bought a used stock striker extreme from dabs at 4pm and paid for next day delivery and recieved my board by ten am the next day opened it up expecting everything to be in there but the soundcard was missing however the board itself was brand new. contacted dabs about the missing soundcard and straight away they offered me a full refund and to return it,turned them down as it was so cheap and bought an x-fi overall superb service from them and very quick to help out and apologise over the missing soundcard.

bought a couple of fans and an external hard drive on saturday from scan for tuesday delivery previous experience with scan told me i wouldn't get it on the said tuesday as delivery is not tht great. but to my surprise it was sent out on time and arrived at 11am tuesday very happy with the turn around keep it up scan :D

bought a lightscribe dvd rewriteer and antec spot cool from ebuyer this is about my tenth transaction with them and again it was exceptional never hed any delays or any faulty items prices are good ordering is simple and plenty of postal options always found ebuyer to be a good company only thing i would say is they sent the spot cool and dvd drive seperate they both arrived rogether but the fan was in a box about 30cmx30cmx30cm which was a bit excessive an a4 jiffy bag would have sufficed other than using a whole tree to pack my item all is good again with ebuyer :)

i bought a logitech g7 from scan on sunday and initially i decided i would only rate scan a 4 out of 5 as my mouse was due for delivery thursday which is quite a slow turn around for an item and because my previous orders have been a little late HOWEVER this time my purchase went perfectly my mouse turned up today wednesday a day earlier than i expected so was pleasantly pleased the only downside is that the software cd that came with the mouse makes my dvd drive whine and keeps crashing during install my dvd drive works fine so dodgy disc but managed to get all the software from the internet so cheers for a smooth purchase scan :D

bought abit ab9 and core2duo tuesday expected despatch wednesday got picked email wednesday but then item not put onto van for some reason despatched a day late all turned up in working order am only giving a 3 for this transaction as am normally overly happy with scan but most of my orders are delayed so finally giving a low rating normally customer service very helpful but this time emailed and got told item is out should be with you even though someone from scan on hexus apologised and told me ot would be a day late GREAT COMPANY BUT YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR TURNOVER TIMES FOR ORDERS

ordered on friday had a few problems when my order seemed to disappear davidm on teh forums helped me out friday evening took less than an hour to sort via the forums turned out i forgot to click confirm davidm also sorted out refund as card did not checkout at the today only price only £5 difference but at least he sorted it and was helpful thanks again scan

bought some water cooling accesories and fan the thermal compound i ordered said in stock but was out had to wait 2 extra days for order but scan were very helpful in changing the out of stock item for one in stock and were extremely helpful first time i ever used SCAN very pleased the text messages to let me know about the delay and despatch were nice CHEERS SCAN:)
