i traded an old pc, or the majority of its parts, for an asus p5b deluxe from irteza, the deal itself went exeptionally smoothly, i wish the postage was the same, he posted it, it took neerly 2 weeks for it to turn up :o not his fault though, royal mail and parcel force in his area really must suck the motherboard arrived with all accessories in perfect working order, origonal box, everything just as he said, great guy to deal with overall recomended :)

was sold a coolermaster 201-bxt, the delivery was a little slow but was explained that the courier company had let him down so thats understandable as it was out of his control, when it did go out it arrived the next day as was agreed so top marks. other than that, no problems at all as the item was securely packaged etc. cheers mate.

I sold OV3RCLOCK3R a Leadtek 5900xt graphics card with a Zalman VF700Al/Cu cooler fitted on it. OV3RCLOCK3R said he needed this urgently due to a current graphics card malfunctioning. I sympathised with him in this matter and after checking his hexus trust I felt it would be safe to send out the card first and wait for his bank transfer payment to clear. We agreed on the price of £30 for the card, and an extra £2 to cover the delivery. I sent the card off via 1st class standard parcels, with a certificate of posting on the 30th August. I was told by OV3RCLOCK3R that he would make the bank transfer the following day, using his Fathers HSBC account so as to allow the bank transfer to be instant, (I too was also with HSBC). Right, well OV3RCLOCK3R received the card on the 1st September, and I was then told that his father never uses his HSBC account and that there was no money in there. OV3RCLOCK3R then offered to pay via paypal, however I declined as I did not have a paypal account. We agreed for him to make the transfer from his Halifax account. I honestly was not bothered about the time delay in transferring the money. Now it was the 9th of September, and still no money. When enquiring into it further, I was told that OV3RCLOCK3R's bank, Halifax, had screwed up somewhere or another. I am a fairly considerate guy and thought nothing of it. I understand that banks can be annoying and having been a Halifax customer, I know that they are a terrible bank. On the 12th September OV3RCLOCK3R then agreed to get his brother who was with HSBC to transfer the money. I wasn't really fussed, as I could see it was out of his hands. So, I finally got the bank transfer on the 12th September, but I only received £30. We had agreed on £32, and I know it is only £2, however after the long delay in payment I thought I should at least receive what we agreed on. So it is now the 4th October. Over a month since I sent OV3RCLOCK3R the graphics card and I still have not received the full payment for it. I know some people may think I am being harsh over £2. However I feel it is common courtesy to at least pay someone the full amount especially after having delayed payment for so long. And what makes it worse is that I have pm'ed OV3RCLOCK3R on three seperate occasions regarding the £2 and on the last pm dated 26th September, I was told by OV3RCLOCK3R that he was very busy with college and his grandfather being ill. I then thought nothing of it. I was also told in that pm that he would tell his brother to "definitely" do the brank transfer. However I still havent seen the £2, and OV3RCLOCK3R has been quite active on the forums with his for sale thread so I am forced to believe that he can't be that busy? The transaction turned very sour near to the end. I don't believe OV3RCLOCK3R is someone who intended to rip me off. I just think he is extremely lazy and should have the common courtesy to at least pay me what is owed to me, especially after I posted the graphics card to him first, and showed alot of patience in the delay of payment. I also don't appreciate the fact that I was forced to contact OV3RCLOCK3R on three seperate occassions to ask for the £2 which quite frankly made me embarassed. I have no doubt OV3RCLOCK3R is normally is a very good trader, but in this case he has let me down hugely, and if I didn't rate this transaction as anything less than average I would be flat out lying.

First time i used scan and one of the most problem free companies i've dealt with. Took advantage of the hexus free delivery and that was very fast and i was updated by a txt everytime letting me know when it was sent etc etc. Recommended to all :)
