I ordered a hard drive and power cable, which arrived the next day! The prices were excellent as was the packaging so they were delivered nice and safely.

Bought a Club3D 7600GT graphics card some time ago when it was on their special offer. They actually listed it as £110 when it should have been £117. They intially charged £110, but later charged an extra £7 without contacting me first. It didn't bother me too much because at the time it was well below what the other stores were selling it for. I surely wouldn't feel the same if the price difference was much larger however. The graphics card arrived quickly and packaged well. I installed it in my system, and all was good for about a week. The graphics card started displaying artifacts on desktop and in some games. I contacted tekheads for an RMA, which was sorted out extremely quickly and with no problems at all. Well, except that the card I sent was Club3D branded and the one I received back was a reference design, but nevermind. A 7600GT is a 7600GT after all :p
