I'd been looking for a tft for a while, when I got an e-mail of dabs with £10 off £100, so I had a look and went for the digimate 19", I hadn't used dabs for a few years so thought I'd give them a try. When it came I wasn't impressed with the box, it was tatty and holed, when I went to open it I realised it had no sealing tape but sticky patches where some had been.(I began to dred what I would find). When opened all the parts were in sealed bags, except the screen that was in a bag but not sealed with selotape. When I removed the screen I then saw that the plastic sheet that's taped over the screen had several finger prints on the bottem. After setting it up, yes dead pixel just below centre, I knew it would and also I had no chance of proving it. I'll not return it just never use them again, I believe I was sold a second hand monitor as new. |
