Purchased a 7800GTX from Ian. Being a relatively new user to the forums, this was one of my first purchases from the FS thread. Excellent communication throughout the transaction and thoroughly explained everything that was happening, especially when the small shipping problem arose. This problem was ironed out immediately, and the card arrived on my doorstep at 9 oclock following dispatch day. |

Ok, having never recieved the item eceptional may be a bit of an over rating, but Scott did EVERYTHING in his power to make sure everything went fine, and even refunded me the cash before he had claimed from Royal Mail and for that I can't ask any more, hopefully will trade again and maybe actually get the item this time :p |

Bought a TDX and a Resevoir off of this fine chap, Paid £13 including postage for the waterblock, resevoir and he even threw in some top quality tubing. Absolute bargain, had emergency that meant delivery was delayed but he let me know and got it shipped as soon as possible. |

Superb help from their online forums, good selection, good prices on everything watercooling, bought barbs, tape, jubilee clips and mounting hardware for a GPU block. Good shipping prices and they have some difficult to find stuff on their site. Already bought from them again. |

Bought a CPU from Scan after a bit of a problem with another company, the last few orders have all gone a bit wrong for me so I was pleased as punch when my new CPU arrived 4 days after ordering (I ordered on a saturday). Once again Scan has restored my faith in ordering things on-line, if only every company were this good. |

Ordered a Fanc ontroller and CPU Cooler using two different payment methods from LOW using their free delivery service, price was lower than anybody else and with the free delivery it was cheaper still. I had a phone call the day after I ordered from both LOW and Business post, the company shipping my items. Apologising for the delay in the shipping and informing me that the item will be with me the next day. ALl in all it took less than 48 hours to receive my items, which, when you consider it was the free delivery which they state can take anything from 7 to ten working days is simply amazing. Top job LOW. |

Bought a ViewSonic VX922 from these guys and as always the service was top quality. Ordered the item from Today Only at 10:45am and within 3 hours the item was dispatched and I had a text message confirming this which was a bonus for me as I was at work until the early morning and unable to check my e-mails. The monitor arrived the next day after one failed delivery CityLink came back 3 hours later and tried again, this time CityLink did an outstanding job as well as Scan |

Bought a selection of things again from Scan, including a G15 Gaming Keyboard, and X-Fi and a Logitech MX1000. due to stock issues Scan didn't have my original choice of the Saitek Eclipse keyboard but they got in contact and sorted out the Logitech as an alternative, although I find it quite funny after spending nigh on £40 for a new gaming keyboard the included free gift is a Packard Bell cheapo one. Once again Scan rock, with top quality customer service, quick delivery and the best prices on the net. |

I ended up buying my complete system from SCAN except memory, the experience was nothing short of brilliant. Stock levels were acurate, shipping was fast and efficient, I ordered friday evening and by wednesday it was at my door (after one failed delivery attempt due to noone being home). Not to menion I saved about £50 on today only offers. I now try and avoid buying from anyone but SCAN as the service is second to none I find. Top company, top people there. |
