First time I've ever bought something thourgh the Hexus forums, bought some coolermaster plates from him. Sent a cheque to him, he then forgot about posting them (he was looking for a new house that week), I pm'ed him , he then sent them and I got them the following day :-) all in all a good deal.

I\'ve ordered a couple of times over the last month from aria , the first time I bought a very cheap dell lcd for a client that went fine. The second time I ordered one for myself and when it turned up the stand was not completed in production. I hadn\'t read the feedback for aria before then and I was quite frankly worried after reading the posts below. However I was wrong, I sent a rma request with a query as to whether I could just get a replacement stand instead of sending the whole thing back. This was on friday morning. 2-3hrs later I had a call from a nice friendly person saying they had a spare stand and would send it out that day for me. And to give the old one to the courier and they would pay for the postage. I was very surprised thats great service. The stand arrived today and its perfect. I was very impressed by them.

Ordered a new keyboard from dell and I struggled to find the correct one on their site as only a handful of keyboards have an image to show which they are. Thats poor, but when I rang up to cancel my order as I had seen the keyboard elsewhere on the site for half the price they rang me back 2mins later to confirm the refund and to say to keep the keyboard as it was on its way anyway! Thats great customer service!

15 days and another phone call to amtrak shows that they havent sent out the order again. I quick phone call to microdirect shows that yes they haven\'t sent it out at all. The person Stuart was very helpful and apolegetic but its not good enough that I\'ve waited this long because of their mistake. Fingers crossed for tommorow but I\'m not holding my breath.

I\'ve been using ebuyer more of late due to their exceptional prices on some items. I have to say its been great. Items have arrived when they stated they would , which is sometimes a bit longer than I want to wait but seeing as there is an option for quicker delivery I can\'t argue. I\'ve always been a bit sceptical about their aftersales support but I have contact them via \"enotes\" and have always got a reply (I wish they answered them quicker though) . I have had a problem with unsubscribing from one of their mailing lists but they sorted it out after a enote was sent. My latest order wasn\'t as good as the previous ones , as I needed the items quickly I paid the extra £2.50 for the quicker delivery. My parcel arrived via city link on the correct day , but when I opened the box one item was missing. I sent a quick enote to trace the item. To ebuyers credit they replied today and have deducted the cost of the delivery which was most expectional. I was very pleasantly surprised by this so hats off to ebuyer :)

I ordered a cooler from these guys unfortunatly it wouldn't fit in the system they allowed me to return for a very quick refund. Was very impressive.

They used to be very good on price / delivery / service but they have slipped a lot. The are still good on price but their aftersales is shocking. I've sent three request for an rma but they havent responded at all :(
