Bought two WD EADS (advanced format) drives and found they were incompatable with my OS. Obtained an RMA code - returned them in person to their CS department - open on a Sunday, and received a full refund within 4 days. Excellent service. |

I bought a high end SCSI card from them. Web site didn't differentiate between two types (difference was the mounting bracket) and I ordered the wrong one. Accepted back without question and the correct one sent by return. Although it would have been better to have the correct description, they handled the issue efficiently - and really friendly and helpful CS. |

Bought a couple og swiches and a NIC from them. Only one switch was shown in stock, so there was a slight delay while they got the second one in, buit an otherwise flawless transaction, and a great price. On my list of preferred suppliers! |

I bought an unbranded 512Mb memory stick for my system Although not faulty, it was incompatible with the memory already installed. Scan gave a full refund - and I subsequently bought a matched pair of branded memory (Corsair) from them. Full marks for the RMA - and customer services. |

I ordered some kit (a VoIP phone and a PCMCIA card) about 3 weeks ago - unfortunately out of stock. Eventually had to order elsewhere, but Scan refunded the difference, and shipped out the other card and one or two other peripherals that afternoon. Arrived next day. Would have been better if the out of stock item had arrived when they initially said, but I guess that was outside their control. |

Order for a Roku soundbridge placed at 7:57 am on Tuesday (normal delivery - free) and item in my sticky mits at 1pm on Wednesday - and that was after travelling through my company\'s internal mail system, so I suspect it was about 24 hours from order to delivery. What more can I say! Only slight niggle is that althouggh you can register more than one address, LOW will only deliver to the address that is the address the credit company card holds (for security reasons) which meant that I had to change that address with the CC company to get it delivered to work, rather than home. Will I use them again? Certainly if the price/product is right! |

I usually buy in operson at the shop - good helpful staff and fast service. Prices OK, about average. Bought a USR wirelesds acesspoint that died. Sent it back to USR as per their instructions, who sent the treplacement back to Novatech. They then sent it on to me by post aty no charge, even though I had bought it in person from them. Also had an iffy ADSL router from them. They suggested a software upgrade, but I declined and got a full refund. No problems with ciustomer service or the goods. |
