Bought one of the Ml1610s when they were 50 quid, ordered a usb cable at the same time, which was despatched a day late, meaning i recieved it 4 days after the printer (printer came on thursday, usb cable not dispatched till friday then bank holiday monday) Despite paying for next day delivery. Tried to ring them several times only to be dropped immediately, left an enote that is still unanswered (getting on for 2 months later) after having been closed once for being open too long. TErrible experience, and wil most definately not be using them for anything again |

Best watercooling supplier in UK imho, excellent pre and post sales service, and dont charge you the earth to ship odds and ends (60p shipping for 2 feet of tubing i needed, should have bought more in the first place) |

Bought my Zen touch and a couple of hard disks from these guys cos theyre just down the road and i wanted it straight away. Great service, prices not always the best, but aftersales is good, at least in my experience. |
