Having dealt with tekheads for 9 months. I have decided to rate them for the following reasons. Pricing:- tekheads is one of the first webpages i browse when looking for computer equipment, and a low price. They are nearly always competative, and are prepared to match a competitors price, which they have almost always matched. Products:- I have not always been able to get what i want on some peripherals, but compared to other retailers i have been able to find a greater amount of the products i want, at a competative price from them, than any other store. Returns:- Having only asked for one return, i can only say that they have handled my request for a return quicky. Shipping:- Has always been fast well packaged, with the goods arriving in good condition. usually this has been next day delivery unless an item is out of stock, in which case they have usually been able to give me an answer to when they might be able to ship the item. this has usually been only a few days later. they shipping is alot faster than dabs or ebuyer. Customer Service:- They only respond by e-mail, but they have always been quick and helpful when responding to e-mail, therefore not being able to talk to somebody has never been a problem. They have always been helpful with any inquirers i have had about shiping dates, restocking times, price matching, and returns. Website:- This has now been updated and is alot easier to use, and shows a greater range of items for purchase, and is easier to navigate. I am sure that over time their website will improve in ease of use, as all improvements so far have been to make the website more informative, and easier to use. Summary, not perfect but one of the best websites i have used for computer goods. Buy again?:- Definatly, as i have had nothing but a positive and helpful experience from them.
