Ordered a range of products, Hard-drive, XP-Pro, Zalman heatsink, etc - all arrived in good condition would buy from them again. Shame they do not stock a wider range of products.... Matt :) |

Well, placed an order for an Antec P160 case, PSU and side window. Got a 15 inch Monitor delivered instead of the case, took ages to contact someone to arrange for pick up and drop. Being honest Matt explained that they had delivered one of the items incorrectly (paperwork and Amtrack labels all correct!) and asked them to deliver the Case and take away the monitor. I wonder how Microdirect measures customer satisfaction? To give them credit they did arrange for the monitor to be picked up and the case to be dropped off...but this took forever on a 0870 phone line got cut off several times! I willl not be using them again, I did not like the website design. All items arrived in good condition. |
