Further Update: Cpu has arrived 3 and a half weeks after order but at least they have refunded postage, credit for that. I understand they were out of stock (so why not say so on site instead of letting me order); they were also in the process of moving premises (at Xmas, good plan)! Perhaps having someone in over the hols might have helped (my workplace is always manned) but I guess most companies seem to shut down at the end of the year... |

Ordered a mobo + Psu over Xmas, got them as soon as was theoretically possible, no complaints there (unlike Cpu City who have let me down again...) |

Ordered some fans from them, no hassles, arrived promptly; what more could u ask for? Unfortunately though my other suppliers (Crucial, Scan + Overclockers) have delivered, Cpu City haven\'t (again). |

Just an update to my previous review: CpuCity have deigned to reply to me with the excuse that they were moving (great timing). However, after 1 and a half weeks my order is still \'pending\'. Somehow I don\'t think I\'ll get it for Xmas or this even this year... so rating remains. |

Ordered an Athlon Mobile XP-M 2500+ on Sunday 12th Dec + it still shows as \"pending\" Sat 18th Dec. Not impressed. I asked what the problem was using online form, no response (This is not the 1st time either; previously I had ordered a Cpu and other items and the packaging was appalling: sharp edged boxes had poked thru the parcel + the Cpu was placed in a broken plastic carrier with sellotape wrapped round it but with the top of the core exposed). Should have learned my lesson; trying OCuk next time. |
