Purchased a processor from James and right away he was straight with me, saying it was slightly faulty but worked at lower speeds. He even offered me a refund if it didn\'t turn out like I expected. So I purchased it and after testing it I did some research, turned out (unknown to him) not to be what he thought it was. I asked him for a refund and he stood by his promise. He is a friendly guy who kept in touch and kept to his word. Would deal again without a second thought!

Prices aren\'t the best but the service is top notch. One time they sent me the wrong PSU, I phoned that day got an RMA number over the phone & the swapped it out on my doorstep the very next day via a courrier. Hows that for service :)
