As usual, completely satisfied by Scan. Excellent prices, great service. Only one small gripe this time - one of the boxes was a bit smushed when it arrived (the kit itself was fine due to the packaging), but then that would be the fault of City Link rather than Scan. Can not recommend Scan highly enough. |

Doing my usual ordering from scan, and all went well as usual. Until I received a text message on my phone (love that feature, btw) that there was something wrong with my payment. So I phoned up to sort it out, got through straight away, as usual, and tried to fix things. Unfortunately somewhere between my bank and my card things weren't working out, so after many phone calls I finally gave up with that card. I phoned Scan again, and put my order through on a different card. My order was then despatched within 20mins!!!! and came first thing the next day. Can't fault Scan for my card - still having words with the bank about that, but the customer service was excellent and my goods arrived super quick after I got things sorted out. Top marks for scan once more! |

Only slight disappointments this time were: - The estimated delivery date was a Friday, but unfortunately it came on Monday - not a massive issue though - The tracking system on the website seemed to have broken, which was slightly annoying - though the emailing part of it was still working fine |

I accidentally ordered something which was out of stock without noticing, but on a quick email to Scan I got a speedy response, where they replaced my product with one in stock and I got the stuff in the usual speedy way. As always I got exceptional customer service and prices. |

I ordered 480W Scan PPFC PSU, 256mb XFX 7600GT XT and ZALMAN VF900-Cu from Scan. The estimated delivery date (a Thursday) was unfortunately not met, so I emailed as I was despirate to get the goods before the weekend. They very kindly put a rush on my order and marked it as urgent. It then arrived on the Friday. In all fairness this is still very fast delivery by many retailers standards, so having arrive a day later than I expected did not bother me in the slightest. |

Bought a Viewsonic WG2230WM from Scan. The speed of delivery was exceptional - ordered, picked and dispatched all in the same day and I got it the next day. You can't complain about that! |
