Order: Ordered all the parts for a new system at the end of Jan. After ordering I needed to change a few items, so spoke to their customer services. They were very helpfull and changed my order accordingly. New system is now built and have not had a single hickup since. RMA: I purchased a Logitech mouse from Scan many months ago, and it developed a fault recently. Scan tested it, found the fault and promptly sent out a nice new replacement. Great company to deal with. |

Bought a few bits for myself for xmas! As always, Scan had the goods delivered very quickly and well packed. The only problem is I have, is waiting for xmas to have a go with my new 'toys'! |

Just fininshed building an HTPC using bits mostly bought from Scan. The motherboard was DOA, so it was arranged to be collected on the Monday. By Thursday the new motherboard had arrived and installed. :D Great service once again. |

I have made a number of purchases from Crucial over the past few years and not had any problems with any of them. Delivery has been free for most of my orders, and also very quick. I will purchase from them again in the future. :) (Got a free copy of Far Cray with my last order too! :D ) |

Bought a few bits recently. Once all the items were in stock, they were shipped out to me very quickly! Had no problems communicating with them, also recieved a free ADSL modem, even though my order was below the amount required for a free gift! 1x Happy customer :) |
