Bought four small items from Scan, the most expensive of which was a Digital TV tuner card (can\'t be bothered to do four seperate ratings, sorry). It all arrived on time and securely packed. When I had a query about the website design I got a personal reply on the forums very quickly and a member of Scan staff subsequently PM\'d me to make sure my order went through on time. All in all I\'m well pleased, and having the dedicated Scan help section on the forum is great customer service. |
