I bought a very nice 6-switch Lian-Li Baybus (Fan Controller) from Mike. Pre-sale communications were excellent (including pic\'s of the switch on request), and I received the [RMRD] package exactly when it was expected - just 2 days after it was sent :cool: I realise this is Mike\'s very first rating here on Hexus! Bought a Radeon 9800 Pro from TweeTeee recently. It was sent (via RMSD) as soon as payment was confirmed, and I received it next day. It\'s also worth mentioning that the packaging was first class! All bubble-wrapped, snug fitted in an ideal sized box box, which had been marked as \'Fragile\'. Great stuff! Absolutely NO hesitation in recommending him - and giving him a well-earned \'exceptional\'rating :cool: |

I\'ve just received a dual-4\" UV CCFL kit + an 80mm UV fan from Dominic - which were sent almost as soon as he\'d received payment. The contents of the box were VERY well packaged, and evem tho\' the contents were/are of a very fragile nature, they arrived in perfect condition due to the care taken by Dom. Prior to the sale... any communication with Dom was answered almost immediately, and politely. For these reasons... I have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending Dom as an A1 guy to deal/trade with! Nice one m8 :cool: |

The Kustom team just can\'t be beaten on speed and customer support! Two orders placed in a week - one of them quite substantial in quantity and value, were processed on the day I placed the order... both were despatched the next day... and both arrived safe and sound (in excellent packaging!) the very next day! Just two days from order to receipt on both orders!! 0_o Some will argue that speed of delivery is out of their hands once the order is despatched, but they\'ve chosen the couriers they now use based on past experiences, and it\'s obvious they\'ve chosen wisely! A HUGE thumbs up to the whole Kustom PC\'s team ^_^ :) |
