I've ordered twice from Insight - once for software and once for an Abit Media XP pro . Buying the software was fine, but when I ordered the mediaXP pro they sent the standard version instead. I emailed and complained, and another one turned up at my door the next morning. Only problem was that it was also the standard one. I rang up and was told that was the last one in stock, and that they were very sorry. I asked what they wanted me to do with the two I now had, and they said to make up for the inconvenience I should just keep them, and they would refund my money! After this I'd definitely order from them again - any company can make a mistake, but companies that make up for it like this are rare! |
