the deal went perfectly, delivery was fast, but he packaged it so the hard drive damaged the motherboard, dont get me wrong, he's a good person to deal with, he just needs to learn that motherboards are fradgile, ...no worse than OcUK though, LOL |

Purchased a Gainward GF4 ti4200 from Komplett. Arrived qucikly, however it was the wrong card. a GF4 mx440. I proceeded through the RMA system of Komplett, and found that i had to pay for shipping back to them, which i was disappointed with, as they wont refund it. |

As well as a motherboard i brought a hard drive, and processer. I find Ebuyer to be easily the worse company i have dealt with. Particularly now they have changed their postage prices. The motherboard i ordered from them (ABIT KX7-333R) turned out to be faulty, so i RMA'd it. After 6 weeks or so i recieved a KX7-333. The manual looked to be scribbled in by a 3year child. I wasnt impressed. Their Enote service is dire, i had an enote on from last year and it has still not been looked at! terrible. Their website is not very good either, there are not really an specfications of the products that you are going to order. Neither do they say if products are OEM or RETAIL. I was very disappointed with Ebuyers service. |

I would say that aria.co.uk is a good company. I have brought lots of stuff from them over the last year. I find their prices to be competitive, however there postage is a bit too expensive for my liking. Althought i ordered a motherboard, and RAM from them at 3:30pm and recieved it at 10:00am the next morning. One last thing, it is very hard to keep in contact with them, and finding the contact email address is very hard. cserv@aria.co.uk doesnt seem to work, even though the sales people said i should connect them. RMA's take a long time to get through the system, but it is a typical length of time (4ish weeks) annoying if you are waiting to complete a system. |
